Our goal is always to look for ways to improve the care we provide. Each member of our team attends continuing education classes every year to stay on top of the latest developments and technology.
Each team member belongs to the American Association of Orthodontists Orthodontic Staff Club, which gives them access to the most current news and trends in orthodontics. Our clinical assistants have met the requirements of the American Association of Orthodontists certification program, to achieve the designation of specialized orthodontic assistant.

Orthodontic Technician, Clinical Coordinator
I love building relationships with our patients, and sharing in their lives as they work toward a beautiful smile. Dr. Young and my teammates are like family to me: We care about each other and we genuinely care about patients’ comfort and happiness. It’s a wonderful experience to be part of the Young Orthodontics team, because we bring smiles to our patients! I work chairside, in the clinic, helping my team and supporting patients as they achieve their best possible smile.
Outside of the office, I’m always on the go. My son Wyatt plays baseball, football, and basketball. My daughter Rozaleigh plays T-ball and cheers. My husband Zach and I love to chase our kids around, hang out at home with our dogs, and vacation!

I love getting to know our patients. The best part of my job is seeing the end result and the boost of confidence that patients experience at the end of treatment.
My husband Richard and I have two sons, Cole and Rhett. We enjoy camping, going to movies, and being outdoors. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

Lindsey
Front Office
Lindsey joined Young Orthodontics in 2019. She is usually the first face you will see at our Santa Claus office. She enjoys seeing familiar, smiling faces around our office. She enjoys spending her workday with an amazing team that cares deeply for their patients.
She and her husband Jason have three children; Caleb, Grace, and Cole. In her free time, she enjoys camping, boating, gardening, and anything outdoors. She also enjoys spending time with her family.
Tina
Treatment Coordinator
Tina has been working in orthodontics for more than 25 years. She is trained in multiple areas of our office. Most of the time, you will see her greeting new patients and helping them through their initial consultation. Tina loves to continue to learn and grow in the orthodontic field.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband Ron and their three children.
